A curved battery cell may include (1) a positive terminal, (2) a negative terminal, (3) one or more curved electrodes, and (4) an outer case encasing the one or more curved electrodes that includes at least one curved surface having a non-uniform radius of curvature. A curved battery pack may include (1) a first curved battery cell with a first outer surface having a first non-uniform curvature and (2) a second curved battery cell with a second outer surface having a second non-uniform curvature.
