The flexible circuit board includes a core layer having a first surface and a second surface that face each other, a circuit wiring layer disposed on the first surface of the core layer and including a signal wiring electrically connected to the antenna unit, and a ground layer disposed on the second surface of the core layer to cover the circuit wiring layer in a planar view. The ground layer partially includes a mesh structure.
