The error factor detector includes a motion detection sensor that detects a direction of motion of the electronic device, and the processor is that determines whether the factor is detected, based on the direction of the motion of the electronic device; and to cause, when the processor determines that the factor is detected, the display not to display the biological information acquired by the biological information acquirer, or to cause the biological information acquirer to stop acquisition of the biological information, in a period determined based on a timing when the factor is detected.
