The system includes a processor, and a memory module storing one or more processor-readable instructions that when executed by the processor cause the processor to: determine a number of vehicles within a first region that requested a tire change, determine whether the number of vehicles is greater than a first threshold number, and provide information about a first tire change group discount to the vehicles that requested the tire change in response to determining that the number of vehicles is greater than the first threshold number.
