The upper shell and the lower shell are locked with each other. A knob is embedded in the upper shell. A wire spool is fixedly connected to a bottom of the knob, and an alerter is connected between the knob and the wire spool. A limiting pin is inserted into a top socket of the lower shell. A first spring is sleeved on an upper end of the limiting pin. An upper end of the first spring is supported on a bottom of the upper shell.
