In addition, an image forming apparatus includes an overcurrent operation circuit connected in parallel with the AC circuit and through which a current flows in a state where DC power is suppliable to the AC circuit, and a polyswitch connected in series with the AC circuit and the overcurrent operation circuit, in which the polyswitch shuts off the current when an overcurrent flows in the overcurrent operation circuit.
