The touch bonding pins and the shielding terminals are disposed corresponding to the packaging layer. A length of each shielding terminal is consistent with a length of each touch bonding pin. Along a direction of getting away from the touch bonding pins, widths of the plurality of shielding terminals gradually decrease.
