The substrate includes a folded region in a first direction and a non-folded region in a second direction, and the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction. The protective component is disposed in the folded region in the first direction and the unfolded region in the second direction. The protective component reduces cracking at a packaging layer and improves bending durability of the organic light emitting diode display device.
