The camera module includes a housing; a first frame, provided in the housing; and a second frame, provided on the first frame and including a lens module, wherein the lens module is configured to rotate together with the second frame about a first axis and a second axis, intersecting an optical axis, and , wherein the first frame and the second frame are configured to be supported on a surface that is parallel to the optical axis.
