The reflectance control device is capable of changing a reflectance for incident light. The control circuit controls the reflectance of the reflectance control device. The reflectance control device includes a first part and a second part. The first part is positioned in a first region overlapping the display surface when viewed in a normal direction being normal to the display surface. The second part is positioned in a second region surrounding the first region when viewed in the normal direction of the display surface. The control circuit controls a reflectance of the second part based on at least one of speed information indicating a speed of the vehicle and reverse information indicating whether the vehicle is reversing.
