A first filling covering the first LED die, and includes a first phosphor to convert the first die color to a first illuminous color. A second filling covering the second LED die and extending to the first filling, and includes a second phosphor to convert the second die color to a second illuminous color that has a higher absorption energy than an illumination energy of the first illuminous color.
