The UE receives a first signaling and a second signaling, and then operates a first radio signal. Herein, the first signaling comprises a first field, the second signaling comprises a second field; the second signaling comprises first-type scheduling information of the first radio signal; the first field of the first signaling and the second field of the second signaling are jointly used for determining whether the first radio signal is related to the first signaling; the operating action is receiving, or the operating action is transmitting. When the UE is scheduled to transmit or measure a plurality of reference signals, the above method can be employed to avoid possible misunderstanding or confusion resulted from citation of one reference signal.
