In some implementations, a method includes obtaining a sequence of measurements to be measured based on one or more data points of an examination; receiving input from a user initiating a measurement; receiving raw data from a measuring component; processing the raw data to exclude measurements corresponding to one or more axes; generating a measurement result based on the processed raw data; and providing the measurement result for output.
