The method includes the followings: when V2X communication is conducted between a first UE and a second UE, the first UE obtains a transmitted power of a reference signal from the second UE and measures a received power of receiving the reference signal by the second UE; the first UE determines a path loss based on a difference between the received power and the transmitted power of the reference signal, and determines a transmitted power of the first UE conducting V2X communication with the second UE based on the path loss.
