The planarization layer and a transparent filter are made of the same transparent photoresist material. The manufacturing method includes: preparing a filter; and forming a planarization layer on the filter, where preparing a filter includes forming a transparent filter, where the same transparent photoresist material is used in the operation of forming the transparent filter and in the operation of forming the planarization layer on the filter.
