The device includes a substrate provided with a plurality of transmissive areas and a non-transmissive area, a plurality of touch sensors respectively provided in the plurality of transmissive areas, including a touch sensor electrode, a plurality of pixels provided in the non-transmissive area, including a plurality of subpixels, a plurality of driving transistors respectively connected to the plurality of subpixels, a plurality of touch transistors respectively connected to the plurality of touch sensors, and a reference line applying a reference voltage to the plurality of driving transistors in accordance with a control signal or transferring a voltage of each of the plurality of touch sensors to an analog-to-digital converter through the plurality of touch transistors.
