The balloon is axially disposed on the canula. The first end of the balloon is disposed on the outer wall of the front end of the needle tube, and the second end of the balloon is disposed on the outer wall of the front end of the canula. The second axial through hole includes a fluid channel disposed between the outer wall of the needle tube and the canula.
