When viewed in a direction parallel to a Z-axis orthogonal to the directions parallel to the X and Y axes, a mount portion of the first signal terminal is within a layout area of the external terminal. When viewed in the direction parallel to the Z-axis, a mount portion of the first ground terminal is outward from the mount portion.
