The knock cam mechanism includes a knock portion including a part protruding outward from an opening at a second end of the tubular casing, and is configured to cause a tip of the first position indicator to protrude from, or be housed within, an opening at a first end of the tubular casing. The holding mechanism, in the state in which the tip of the first position indicator protrudes from the opening at the first end, returns the knock portion pushed into the tubular casing to a state of protruding from the opening at the second end such that at least a tip of the second position indicator protrudes outward.
