The second touch layer includes second touch electrodes arranged side by side along the second direction, each of which extends in the first direction and is connected to at least one touch signal lines through a first connection via penetrating through the interlayer insulation layer. The first touch layer further includes at least one shielding electrode extending in the second direction and arranged between the first touch electrodes and the touch signal lines.
