The multilayered textile sleeve includes a plurality of textile layers overlying one another to form a multilayered tubular wall extending lengthwise about a central axis between opposite open ends. The plurality of textile layers include a textile innermost layer and a textile outer layer. At least one silicone layer is sandwiched between the textile innermost layer and the textile outer layer.
