The at least one candidate synchronization signal block transmission resource is useable for transmitting a synchronization signal block for inter-node discovery, measurement, or a combination thereof. The method (800) includes receiving (804) second information and downlink data corresponding to the second information. The method (800) includes decoding (806) the downlink data. Decoding the downlink data includes rate-matching around the at least one candidate synchronization signal block transmission resource.
