The method includes: obtaining resource allocation mode configuration information of a sidelink interface of a terminal; in the case that the resource allocation mode configuration information includes at least two resource allocation modes, determining one resource allocation mode allowed by the terminal on a preset frequency band at a preset time from the at least two resource allocation modes.
