A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, at least one of secondary cell (SCell) configuration information, channel state measurement configuration information, and timer configuration information used for discontinuous reception (DRX), measure a channel state based on the received configuration information, and transmit information about the measured channel state to the base station.
