The body portion has an upper surface and an opposed bottom surface defining a thickness, the inferior edge defining a notch indented into the body portion, the notch extending coextensively in the top and bottom surfaces throughout the thickness of the body portion. A left and right arm wing extending laterally from the body portion, the left and right arm wing extending a distance between the superior and inferior edges, wherein the left arm wing and right arm wing are configured to be rolled into an arcuate shape having an interior channel defined by the upper surface.
