The decorative panel includes a cover panel member that has an opening portion; a touch sensor member that is disposed at the opening portion; and a design film that covers the cover panel member and the touch sensor member, and that has a movable portion that supports the touch sensor member so that the touch sensor member is displaceable with respect to the cover panel member.
