The transmitting apparatus includes a transmitting processing unit, configured to determine a wireless transmission channel on a first frequency band when in a first mode; a transmitting antenna unit, configured to transmit information of the wireless transmission channel and a channel state information of the wireless transmission channel on a second frequency band when in the first mode of the transmitting apparatus; and a wireless sensing unit, configured to perform a wireless sensing on the wireless transmission channel when in a second mode of the transmitting apparatus.
