The blower fan module includes an installation frame defining a first plane that faces a rear surface of the grille panel, and a second plane that faces the front surface of the shroud, a hub part that is rotatably coupled to the second plane of the installation frame and faces an inlet hole of the shroud, and a blower impeller disposed in the hub part.
