In the first region: width ranges of the lyophilic stripes and the lyophobic stripes are both 1-100 nm; and in the second region: a width range of the lyophilic stripes is 1-100 nm, a width range of the lyophobic stripes is 200-1000 nm, and a width of the lyophobic stripes in the second region gradually increases in a direction from the display region to the cutting region.
