The method includes: receiving by a terminal equipment control information including a sidelink grant and transmitted by a network device, the control information further indicating at least one piece of destination information to which the sidelink grant is directed; determining at least one destination and/or logical channel according to the destination information; and transmitting sidelink data of the at least one destination and/or logical channel according to the sidelink grant. Thus, the network device is enabled to schedule different resources for different destination terminal equipments.
