The entry management server according to an embodiment includes a communication unit, and a processor connected to the communication unit and controlling a transaction for a request received by a server system. The processor receives a request signal transmitted from a user terminal, collects status data for each of a plurality of servers within the server system, determines whether the user terminal is capable of accessing the server system, based on the collected status data, and controls transmission of the request signal to the server system based on the determined result.
