The sealing element includes: an assembly portion configured to be disposed in the mounting cavity; and a plugging portion connected to the assembly portion and configured to seal the mounting hole. The plugging portion includes a wiring harness assembly hole and at least one water pipe mounting hole spaced apart from the wiring harness assembly hole.
