The first-type transistor includes a gate electrically connected to a first node, a first terminal connected to a first power supply voltage, and a second terminal connected to a third node. The first second-type transistor includes a gate electrically connected to a second node, a first terminal connected to a second power supply voltage, and a second terminal connected to the third node. The second second-type transistor includes a gate electrically connected to the second node, a first terminal being grounded, and a second terminal providing an output voltage.
