The method can include transmitting measurement configuration information to a terminal, wherein the measurement configuration information includes at least one measurement resource and antenna panel identification information corresponding to each of the at least one measurement resource, the measurement resource including an SRS resource or an SRS resource group. The method can further include receiving the SRS from each terminal over each SRS resource, wherein the SRS is transmitted over an antenna panel indicated by the antenna panel identification information, and measuring the SRS transmitted by the terminal, selecting at least one SRS based on a measurement result, and transmitting uplink transmission indication information corresponding to an SRS of the at least one SRS to the terminal.
