A first lighting module is rotatably mounted to the axle, with the first lighting module comprising a first directable light emitter; and a second lighting module is pivotably mounted to the axle, with the second lighting module comprising a second directable light emitter. The spotlight may comprise four lighting modules, and a sensor module, wherein the wing lighting modules and the sensor module may be redirected horizontally and vertically.
