The optical path turning element is configured so that light incident on the optical path turning element through the incident surface along a direction of a Y optical axis is reflected by the reflecting surface and then exits through the exit surface along a direction of an X optical axis, where the direction of the Y optical axis and the direction of the X optical axis cross each other; and wherein a total effective focal length f of the camera optical lens can satisfy 20 mm≤f≤30 mm.
