The electronic device may include: a processor, a display module comprising a display panel, a memory electrically connected to the processor and configured to store instructions and an application executable by the processor, wherein the processor is configured to, when the instructions are executed: identify video data on a size, a state, and a position of a video object executed by the application, and based on an input not being received in a specified input waiting time, control a screen output on the display module, based on the video data.
