An organic light-emitting device includes a condensed cyclic compound represented by Formula 1:
The condensed cyclic compound has an electron withdrawing group (EWG) substituent and an electron donating group (EDG) substituent at suitable positions, and thus has a low ΔEST and may be used as an effective thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) light-emitting material.
