The first user information includes an access right to the video data of the monitoring camera, and the monitoring camera information indicates information of the monitoring camera. The server updates the access permission data by adding an access right to the video data of the selected monitoring camera to second user information based on sharing processing of the access permission data to the second user information, and sets the video data of the selected monitoring camera linked to the access permission data and specified by the monitoring camera information such that the video data of the selected monitoring camera is accessible by the user terminal based on the second user information.
