The detection device is provided with a two-stage sealing apparatus and the signal apparatus. As the device cover performs covering, a first sealing apparatus first seals the device body and the device cover, and the signal apparatus makes a first sound, to prompt an operator that the detection device has completed primary sealing, which is suitable for short-distance and gentle-vibration transportation after sampling is performed by using the detection device. As the device cover continues performing covering, a second sealing apparatus seals the device body and the device cover again, and the signal apparatus makes a second sound, to prompt the operator that the detection device has completed secondary sealing, and covering no longer needs to be continued.
