The present disclosure discloses a method and an apparatus for transmitting an uplink signal, and the method comprises: receiving downlink control information; and performing transmitting of the uplink signal according to the downlink control information and/or a time-domain attribute of a physical resource of the uplink signal. With the present disclosure, a flexibility of a system can be improved and a transmission efficiency can be increased.
