For the individual wishing to build him/herself a set of evidence, adding to the received data block data characterizing a piece of evidence, a datestamp parameter, an indicator identifying the device receiving a piece of evidence, an evidence signature.
In order to use a piece of evidence, an individual issues a request containing the evidence proving that he/she is the recipient of this evidence to a third-party system.
The third-party system contacts the device issuing the evidence which re-signs.
