The motion data of the animal is acquired by manipulating the difficulty factor of the motion which is made by the animal in response to the movement of the moving body, and the motion performance of the animal is evaluated based on the motion data of the animal. It is to be noted that the motion data contains information indicating the timing of the motion of the animal.
