Each of the at least two charging chips is configured to operate in an independent charging mode. Each charging chip includes a first voltage sampling end and a second voltage sampling end for collecting voltage information of the battery, and each charging chip is configured for independent charging according to the collected voltage information. The first voltage sampling end and the second voltage sampling end are respectively connected to two poles of the battery.
