Electronic components are mounted on the first substrate. The housing includes a tubular portion and a side wall portion. The tubular portion extends in the axial direction and accommodates the motor. The side wall portion protrudes from a radial outer surface of the tubular portion in a direction including at least the radially outward direction and the circumferential direction, and extends in the axial direction. An accommodation space to accommodate the electronic components is provided between the tubular portion and the side wall portion as viewed from the axial direction.
