The controller is configured to identify a region to which the wireless communication apparatus belongs at the time of occurrence of the vehicle accident. The controller is configured to select one emergency report scheme from the plurality of emergency report schemes based on the identified region. The controller is configured to perform the emergency report by using the one emergency report scheme selected.
