Through technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, insulation performance of a battery cell could be improved; meanwhile, deformation of a pressure relief mechanism could be suppressed, creep of the pressure relief mechanism could be reduced, and the service life of the pressure relief mechanism could be increased.
