A method for cellular network signal measurement includes that: acquiring at least one set of measurement data collected during a flight of an unmanned aerial vehicle, each set of measurement data including a base station identifier and a signal quality parameter, and the base station identifier being an identifier of a base station for residing during collection of measurement data; and sending the at least one set of measurement data to the base station.
