A user equipment comprises: circuitry operative to determine a Bandwidth Part (BWP) assigned for sidelink transmission and reception in a carrier; and a transceiver operative to perform the sidelink transmission and reception on the determined BWP in the carrier, wherein dynamic BWP switching is not supported for the sidelink transmission and reception in the carrier.
