The present invention may include generating one or more digital twins for a potential dental implant based on a user profile. The present invention may include simulating a performance of each of the one or more digital twins in one or more user modeled environments. The present invention may include ranking the one or more digital twins based on the performance of the potential dental implant in each of the one or more user modeled environments. The present invention may include monitoring a selected dental implant using a corresponding digital twin.
